You change the DNS setup, as referenced in Weebly's guide, through DNS control in your customer pages.
It should look like something like below, just with correct IP's from Weebly:

Please note: If you are using email through web hosting with us you should check that the MX record (email) does not point to the domain name. It should point to e.g. mail.exampledomain.org.
