In January, we announced changes to the email setup for our customers to ensure that services work as normal after moving to a new platform starting in week 7. The changes are absolutely necessary preparations, and only take a few minutes to perform:

We ask that you pass on this information to your users as soon as possible, and hope for an understanding of the importance of this change:

Users who do not change their setup will find that they are unable to read/send email as normal after moving to a new platform. Since this has major consequences for users and our ability to deliver a functioning service, users who still have not changed the configuration of their clients will receive a system-generated notification in their inbox after logging in.
