Over time we have shown that we are able to maintain more or less 100% uptime on our services. Due to this we guarantee our customers 99,9% uptime on all web hosting packages. The monthly amount will be reduced if we are unable to achieve at least 99,9% uptime. The monthly amount will be reduced by 5% per half hour downtime beyond 99,9% uptime and this will be substracted from the next invoice you will get from us.

99,9% uptime equals ca. 43 minutes downtime per month. You would get 5% reduction for a month with 44 minutes downtime. If there was 74 minutes downtime you would get 10% reduction and so on. 100% of the monthly amount is maximum amount of reduction.
