Before you can gain access to your authorization code for your domain, the services attached to the domain must be cancelled via the client portal. When this is completed you will have the option to see the authorization code for the domain in the domain overview. Authorization code/transfer secret is required if you wish to transfer your domain from PRO ISP to another provider.
