Why do you not inform about BIC / SWIFT for your bank account?

We do not give you the BIC / SWIFT for our bank account as these type of payments often incur extra costs which our clients do not enjoy getting. We do not want our clients to have such experiences with us. You have to use alternate methods of payment if you are not able to make a transfer to our account without using SWIFT.

If you transfer to our account using SWIFT we will only register the amount that we receive. Any missing amounts will have to be transferred in a new transfer.

Payments to our EUR account:
All banks in the SEPA area should be able to make payments without having to use SWIFT. SEPA is faster and cheaper. Banks in the SEPA area are not allowed to have higher transaction costs than other transactions. If the bank is located outside the SEPA area there is not other option than using SWIFT, but as we do not supply this you will unfortunately have to use another payment method.
